How can we help?
Most account and subscription actions are available directly in the app. If something still is not working, contact us and include the email address on your ValueChain Maps account.
Sign in
Enter your account email and open the secure sign-in link, or use the six-digit code in the email. The same account works on the web, iPhone, and iPad.
Restore purchases
Open Account in the iOS app and choose Restore purchases. Make sure the Apple Account used for the original purchase is signed in on the device.
Manage a subscription
App Store subscriptions are managed in Apple Subscriptions. Web subscriptions remain available through the ValueChain Maps account page.
Delete account
In the iOS app, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion. This deletes your ValueChain Maps account and maps. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple Subscriptions.
