Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide when signing in, including your email address and basic profile details supplied by your authentication provider. We also process the searches, generated maps, and basic usage events needed to operate ValueChain Maps.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and save maps, manage plan limits and payments, secure the service, diagnose errors, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
ValueChain Maps relies on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI, and payment providers that process data on our behalf only as needed to deliver the service. App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We receive transaction identifiers and subscription status, but not your payment card details.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and map data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and billing purposes. You can permanently delete your account and maps from Account in the iOS app. You may also request access or correction by contacting us from the email associated with your account.
