Refund and Cancellation Policy

Canceling a subscription
App Store subscriptions can be cancelled in Apple Subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased on the ValueChain Maps website can be cancelled from the account billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and Pro access continues through the paid period.
Refund requests
Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. Request an App Store refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Paddle purchase made on our website, contact us within 14 days if the service did not work as described, you were charged more than once, or you believe a charge was made in error.
Renewals and partial periods
Apple applies its own refund policies to App Store transactions. Website subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing period begins, and we do not normally issue prorated refunds for unused time. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
How to request help
For App Store purchases, use Apple Subscriptions or Report a Problem. For Paddle purchases, use the support link in your receipt or email liusai64@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
